계정 삭제 요청
- 요청 메일을 보냅니다. 가능하면 Mirua 로그인에 사용한 Google·Kakao·Apple 계정의 이메일 주소에서 보내 주세요.
- 최소 정보만 적습니다. 로그인 수단(Google, Kakao 또는 Apple), 등록 이메일, 앱에서 보이는 공개 ID(알 때만), “계정 삭제 요청”을 적어 주세요.
- 본인 확인 후 접수합니다. 회사가 가진 계정 정보와 요청자가 일치하는지 확인한 뒤 삭제 접수일과 예정 파기일을 회신합니다.
- 7일의 복구 유예기간이 지난 뒤 파기 절차가 시작됩니다. 유예기간 안에 다시 로그인하여 복구하면 삭제가 취소됩니다.
앱을 사용할 수 있다면 프로필 → 설정 → 계정 삭제 경로가 가장 빠릅니다.
삭제되는 데이터와 보존되는 데이터
파기 대상
AI 대화·메시지·기억, 인증 계정·OAuth 토큰, 프로필·공개 식별자, 기기 연결, 푸시 토큰·알림, 비공개 창작물, 진행·상호작용·고객지원 내용을 파기합니다. 공식 카탈로그에 편입된 이용자 제작 항목은 비활성화하고 제작자 연결을 제거합니다.
제한적 보존
중복 지급·부정 이용 검증에 필요한 보상·참여 무결성 기록과 내부 연결키는 인증·공개 식별자와 분리하고 접근을 제한해 가명처리한 개인정보로 기본 1년, 최대 5년 이내 남을 수 있으며 목적이 먼저 끝나면 삭제합니다. 법률상 별도 요건을 갖춘 가명정보나 완전한 익명정보라고 단정하지 않습니다. 진행 중인 분쟁과 직접 관련된 고객지원 내용은 그 처리가 끝날 때까지 분리 보관될 수 있습니다. 재난복구용 암호화 백업은 분리 보관하고 최대 30일 안에 순환 삭제합니다.

アカウント削除のリクエスト
アプリをアンインストール済みでも、このページからミルアのアカウント削除をリクエストできます。アプリ名・開発者名: ミルア。
- できる限り、MiruaへのGoogle、Kakao又はAppleログインに使用したメールアドレスから送信してください。
- ログイン方法、登録メールアドレス、アプリに表示される公開ID（分かる場合のみ）、「アカウント削除希望」という最小限の情報のみ記載してください。
- 保有アカウント情報と照合して本人確認を行い、受付日と削除予定日を返信します。
- 7日間の復旧猶予期間後に消去手続きを開始します。期間内に再ログインして復旧した場合、削除は取り消されます。
アプリを利用できる場合は、プロフィール → 設定 → アカウント削除から直接リクエストできます。
削除・保存されるデータ
AIチャット、メモリ、認証情報、OAuthトークン、プロフィール、公開識別子、端末連携、通知、非公開制作物、利用状況及びサポートデータは消去対象です。不正・重複検証に必要な報酬・参加の整合性記録と内部連結キーは、認証・公開識別子から分離し、アクセスを制限した仮名化済みの個人データとして原則1年、最長5年以内保存し、目的が先に終了した場合は消去します。個人情報保護法上の「仮名加工情報」又は完全な匿名情報に該当すると断定しません。紛争の処理中は、直接関係するサポート内容を処理完了まで分離保存する場合があります。暗号化済み災害復旧バックアップは最長30日以内に循環消去します。

Delete your Mirua account
You can request deletion here even if you have uninstalled the app. App and developer: mirua.
- If possible, send the request from the email address used with your Google, Kakao, or Apple sign-in.
- Include only your sign-in provider, registered email, the public ID shown in the app if known, and the words “delete my account.”
- Mirua compares the request with account information it holds, then replies with the accepted request date and scheduled purge date after identity verification.
- A seven-day recovery period follows. Signing in and choosing recovery during that period cancels deletion. Purging begins after the period expires.
If you can use the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete account for the fastest self-service path.
Data deleted and retained
AI chats and memory, authentication credentials and OAuth tokens, profile and public identifiers, device links, notifications, private creations, activity and support data are deleted. Reward and participation integrity records and a narrowly scoped internal linkage key may be retained as access-restricted pseudonymized personal data for one year by default and no more than five years, and are deleted earlier when the purpose ends. mirua does not claim those records satisfy a special statutory pseudonymization standard or constitute anonymous information. Support content directly related to an active dispute may be isolated until that dispute is resolved. Isolated encrypted disaster-recovery backups rotate out within 30 days.
